Our HVAC Lease Upgrade Program (HLUP) provides clients with a complete, turnkey upgrade of their chiller plant room—integrating the latest energy-efficient chillers, VFD-based pumping systems, optimized piping, and a smart Chiller Plant Manager (CPM) for real-time performance control and diagnostics.

We handle the full design, supply, installation, and ongoing maintenance under a long-term lease model. In return, the client pays a fixed monthly fee over a 5–7 year contract, with no upfront capital investment required.

This model ensures high reliability, improved energy performance, and intelligent plant room automation—all with predictable costs and zero operational risk for the customer.
